Our goal in 2014 will be a continuation of “Excellence by Experience” (ExE).  In 2013 we started the ExE initiative as a way of focusing on using our experience and strengths. 

Excellence by Experience is the act of using our collective knowledge and turning it into companywide strength by:

• Streamlining processes
• Lowering costs
• Reaching new customers and markets
• Maintaining high quality levels for design and workmanship
